Cobb was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting a Public Officer.

On 12/13/2019, The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Travis Cobb, 35 years of age, of 200 Beulah Lane in Washington and Irvan Spencer, 32 years of age, of 338 Haven Drive in Greenville.

Spencer was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting a Public Officer and Driving while License Revoked.

Their arrest stemmed from Investigators receiving complaints about Cobb and Spencer being involved in the distribution of powder cocaine and crack cocaine. Investigators spotted Cobb and Spencer at the Quality Gas House on Hwy. 264 East in Washington. Investigators attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Cobb and Spencer after they departed from the Gas House. Spencer was driving and refused to stop for Investigators. Spencer drove behind the No. 7 Gas Station on Hwy. 264 where Cobb exited from the vehicle and fled on foot. Investigators detained Spencer and apprehended Cobb after a short foot chase
