On 9-1-2015, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Kenneth Bryan Sherley, 28 years of age, of 2335 Vineyard Drive, Apartment D-10 in Greenville. Sherley was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II, Oxycodone prescription pain pills.
Sherley’s arrest stemmed from Investigators receiving a tip that Sherley was involved in the use and distribution of prescription pain pills. Investigators conducted a traffic stop on Sherley and found 21 dosage units of Oxycodone.
Sherley was released under a $5,000.00 unsecured bond.
