This week Beaufort County Crimes is asking for your help in finding a person in hiding. William Noel Echevarria of Washington has a Felony Warrant for Arrest by the Washington Police Department for Discharging a Weapon into an Occupied Property. This is in connection with the shooting that occurred in Washington on Pennsylvania Ave. back in March of this year.
