On 03-02-2017, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit served arrest warrants on Deshawn Weldon, 20 years of age, of 117 W 9th Street in Washington and Sharid Williams, 21 years of age, 108 W 9th Street in Washington.
They were charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Molly a Schedule I Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Their arrest stemmed from Investigators making purchases of Molly from Weldon and Williams. Molly is a pure form of Ecstasy. Molly is usually sold as a powder or in capsules.
Weldon was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $20,000.00 secured bond. Williams was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $24,000.00 secured bond.
