On June 7, 2023, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Jhaques Jamal Swindell, 28 years of age, of Washington, NC. Swindell was charged with one count of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine.
The arrest stemmed from Investigators in the Drug Unit conducting a controlled purchase of Methamphetamine from Swindell. Swindell was on probation at the time of his arrest and was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.
