Christopher CJ Vance
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway juvenile. 17-year-old Christopher “CJ” Vance Jr. ran away from a group home in Columbus County NC. on 3/26/2024. CJ is currently under the care of the Beaufort County DSS. CJ does have cognitive impairments and is very susceptible to being taken advantage of. We are asking for any assistance in locating CJ and helping him to return home safely.
Christopher is a white male, 5’9 approx. 160 lbs., with red hair. Christopher was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, with black sneakers and a grey backpack. CJ was last seen in the company of an unknown black male that was wearing a red sports jersey, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
