On 3-12-2015, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Delray Quincy Jennette, 41 years of age, of 670 Pine Street in Belhaven.
Jennette was charged with two (2) counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Maintaining a Dwelling to Store/Keep a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jennette’s arrest stemmed from Investigators executing a Search Warrant on his residence after receiving complaints and making purchases of marijuana from Jennette. Investigators conducted a search of the residence and found 364 grams of marijuana packaged for resale, digital scales and $1929.00 in US Currency.
Jennette was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $35,000.00 secured bond.
