On 02-02-2016, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Heather Williams, 27 years of age, of 113 Hwy. 33 west in Chocowinity, Joshua Tull Grant, 33 years of age, of 113 Hwy. 33 west in Chocowinity and Danny Keith Silver, 32 years of age, of 113 Hwy. 33 west in Chocowinity.  They were charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Manufacturing Methamphetamine.

Their arrest stemmed from Investigators executing a Search Warrant at 113 Hwy. 33 west in Chocowinity and finding Methamphetamine and toxic materials used to manufacture Methamphetamine.

Chocowinity Fire and Rescue responded to the scene and assisted in decontaminating Williams, Grant and Silver.  Clandestine Lab Agents with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations responded to the scene.  Agents with the State Bureau of Investigations and Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit collected evidence removed toxic materials and equipment that are commonly used in the One Pot Method (Shake and Bake) of Manufacturing Methamphetamines.

White, Grant and Silver were confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under no bond.
