National Day of Prayer

Yesterday, Sheriff Scott Hammonds and Lieutenant Salinas joined community members at Harvest Church for the National Day of Prayer. Additional staff members from the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office were also honored to attend this meaningful event alongside fellow citizens, faith leaders, and public servants.

The National Day of Prayer serves as a time for communities to come together in unity, reflection, and support for our nation, first responders, military personnel, educators, healthcare workers, and local leadership. The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is grateful for the opportunity to stand with our community in prayer and fellowship.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Harvest Church for hosting today’s gathering and for their continued support of law enforcement and the citizens of Beaufort County.
