Patrol and K9 Operations Net 10 Felony Arrests in 15 Days


In the past month, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Patrol and K9 Division have arrested 10 people in the county on felony drug charges. These arrests are the result of proactive patrolling, performing traffic stops, utilizing K9’s, and the execution of a search warrant.

Illicit drugs seized off the street as a result of these arrests include 102 grams of cocaine, 12 grams of methamphetamine and 17 grams of fentanyl.

Those charged with drug felonies are identified as:

• Christian Anderson Blackman was arrested on 01/05/2026 for Felony Possession of Cocaine, Felony Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting a Public Officer. Blackman was held under no bond.

• Joseph Wayne Brewer III was arrested on 01/09/2026 for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Brewer was held under $3,000 Secured Bond.

• Stacey Ray Hardison was arrested on 01/10/2026 for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hardison was held under no bond.

• Ebony Taliah Lawrence was arrested on 01/11/2026 for Trafficking in Fentanyl, Felony Possession of Fentanyl, Felony Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lawrence was held under no bond.

• Marvin Moore Jr. was arrested 01/12/2026 for Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Fentanyl and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moore Jr was held under no bond.

• Cami Lynn Terry was arrested on 01/14/2026 for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Terry was held under $3,000 Secured Bond.

• Layla Marie Hoffman was arrested on 01/16/2026 for Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule IV and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hoffman was held under no bond.

• Larry Jakato Ebron was arrested on 01/18/2026 for Trafficking in Cocaine by Possession, Trafficking in Cocaine by Transportation and Resisting a Public Officer. Ebron was held under no bond.

• Jamarion Don’Dreakis Windley was arrested on 01/18/2026 for Trafficking in Cocaine by Possession and Trafficking in Cocaine by Transportation. Windley was held under no bond.

• JJiameke James Dreane Beatty was arrested on 01/20/2026 for Felony Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Beatty was held under no bond.

Sheriff Hammonds commends the excellent proactive work of the Patrol Division. These men and women along with the K9 units continue to get illicit drugs off our streets, creating a safer community.
